The Whitecap Dakota First Nation operations department consists of four staff:  General Manager, Support Services Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Receptionist.  The General Manager oversees the operations of all the programs areas of the First Nation in accordance with the mandate of Council. The administrative staff support the General Manager to perform the following functions:

  • Employee Wellness
  • Policy Development
  • Indian Registry Administration
  • Band Membership
  • Program Administration:
    • Community Referendums
    • Council Meetings
    • Community and/or Committee Meetings
    • Community Events
    • Council Compensation Commission Meetings
