Allison Daniels grew up in Saskatoon, SK but returned home to Whitecap Dakota Nation in 2011 where she raises her family and proudly embraces her role as the mother of two wonderful children.
As a Commerce graduate from the University of Saskatchewan, Allison is deeply committed to advancing her community, the Whitecap Dakota Nation (WDN).
With 15 years of combined experience in the Gaming and Hospitality sectors, she has also served as the Campaign Manager for the Self Government Ratification, playing a key role in achieving an impressive 92% approval rate for the nation.
Currently, Allison is the Business & Employment Development Manager for Whitecap Dakota Nation. Utilizing her expertise and education, she is dedicated to promoting business and employment growth within the community, positively impacting individual members as well as various businesses and projects.
Her dedication to cultivating meaningful and lasting relationships is reflected in her personal and professional endeavors, as she continually seeks opportunities that enhance the strength and sustainability of her community. With a forward-thinking vision, Allison aims to create a prosperous and sustainable economy for future generations.
Allison is also passionate about supporting the Nation's revitalization efforts by volunteering her time to help organize cultural events in the community. In addition, she is committed to the reclamation of Dakota language, culture, and traditions, actively reconnecting with her heritage.
